Purchased thermostat 2 yrs ago,, worked pretty well,, every now and then would go offline. Would reboot it,, no problem. Last 2 months,, offline every single day. Contacted Sensi,, they answered back quickly. Was told problem is probably my netgear router. Contacted my internet provider,, my router works fine. Iphones, ipads, copiers all use this router ,, no issues. Just Sensi. C’mon Sensi, fix this!!!!
Same issue with the unit. I have 3 Sensi. Two are randomly offline. We have strong Wi-Fi signal in the house. I do t think it is the app, it is the unit. Doesn’t make sense. Has definitely gotten worse.

Latest update broke something. Connection to Sensi is on and off randomly. App shows random temps that make no sense, from +24 to -6 in a matter of minutes. Whatever it is, it needs to be fixed.
Unit keeps going offline. Sensi support is useless. They told me to install an add-a-wire to provide C wire power, which I did. Nothing changed. Still keeps going offline.
